Rockne has been involved in sports since the age of three. By the time he got to high school at Garnet Valley, Rockne knew his number one goal was to play football in college. As a senior, he led the team in receptions and was one of 6 players to represent Garnet Valley in the Delaware County Hero Bowl. After high school Rockne went on to play college football all four years at Ursinus College as a wide receiver and punt returner. After college, Rockne had a short career playing Gaelic Football in the Philadelphia GAA League as a member of the Young Irelanders GFC.
In 2020, Rockne started his own strength and conditioning business Max Muscle, where he coaches and mentors middle and high school athletes on becoming the best version of themself. Rockne is a big supporter in personal development, growing independently and interdependently. He believes that sports are a great way for kids to be challenged and realize their potential. Rockne has learned and trained under some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the business. Darius Gilbert, Derek Hanson, Dr. Ken Clark, Dr. Ryan Chow, Dr. Andy Chen and Hunter Crine to name a few. Rockne has also spent time with the strength and conditioning team at Villanova University, Drexel University and University of Pennsylvania.
Currently, Rockne is in year three as owner of Max Muscle, while also working as a strength and conditioning coach at the Westtown School and Unlimited Academy (a junior only tennis academy). At Westtown he trains the boys and girls lacrosse teams, boys soccer team as well as the Westtown teachers.
