We believe that focusing on the process, bringing intention to your daily habits, and getting 1% better each day, will get you the end result you are looking for. We teach this way of being through building up one’s self-worth and instilling qualities such as accountability, responsibility and ownership. Max Muscle teaches you how to “show up for you”.

As a three sport athlete growing up (football, baseball, basketball), I developed a passion for sports and am no stranger to understanding the requirements of discipline and commitment involved in being a student athlete.
At Max Muscle, I coach and mentor middle and high school athletes on becoming the best version of themselves. I'm a big supporter of personal development, growing independently and interdependently. I believe that sports are a great way for kids to be challenged and realize their potential, and I'm here to help them do that.
